Lithuania-based Baltic recruitment group CVO Recruitment and Simplika has undergone a rebranding and is now called Grafton.
As of February, the group’s companies will operate under new names: Grafton Lithuania, Grafton Latvia and Grafton Estonia, according to news agency Baltic News Service. Grafton is part of the Gi Group.
Planning for the change began three years ago when Gi Group Holding acquired CVO Recruitment and Simplika.
The rebranding aims to open up new international opportunities for both clients and candidates.
CVO Recruitment and Simplika Group has been providing recruitment solutions in the Baltic market for over 20 years.
“The name change will not affect the quality of our services, HR staff, management or strategic direction – everything will remain unchanged and focused on development,” Žilvinas Akelis, CEO of Gi Group Holding Baltics, told Baltic News Service.
“Despite the difficult economic situation in recent years, our turnover has shown impressive growth – in 2022 it was €5.6 million, but by 2024 it increased to €7.4 million. We predict further significant growth in turnover by 2025, reaching approximately €9 million,” said Business Manager Allan Eigi. “It doesn’t happen every day that a strong global HR company brand with an international background and a long history is brought to Estonia. This allows us to introduce the country to international companies and brings new players and high-paying jobs here.”
According to Akelis, Gi Group Holding’s strategic goal is to create a global integrated HR ecosystem that develops the social and economic value of labour markets, creates a pleasant working environment and helps to improve people’s lives.
“This is an ambitious vision that requires global relevance and unified action,” Akelis said. “Although the labour market is often seen as local, it is largely influenced and shaped by multinational corporations that expect a universal value proposition from their partners. Therefore, we are implementing changes on two levels – by strengthening our Baltic organisation and integrating it into the structure of the global recruitment company.”
