CVO Recruitment’s Heleen Anderson has been named the winner of this year’s ‘Greatest Potential in Personnel Management’ competition, organised annually by PARE (the Estonian Association for Personnel Development), for her Tallinn University of Technology Master’s thesis entitled ‘Expectations of Job Applicants Regarding Flexibility of Forms of Work and its Connections to Work Orientation and Entering into Personal Work-based Agreements’.

 

Personnel management-based Master’s theses defended in universities in Estonia and abroad are gathered, assessed and published as part of the competition, which aims to encourage students to look into personnel management-related topics, to promote the spread of theoretical knowledge among practitioners and to contribute to the development of people management within Estonian organisations.
