Sandra found her way to recruitment after 1,5 years of working and living in Australia, which gave her courage, proactiveness, ambition, and of course the experience of meeting different cultures and nationalities. Sandra has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and she has extensive experience as a volunteer in various organizations.

Traditionally as every autumn, CVO Recruitment Group gathered together for a 2-day international conference. This year all our teams across Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Poland met in Tallinn. We had an inspiring team building event, a sightseeing tour through Tallinn and a recruitment-themed Mini-hackathon “How to generate ideas like a creative genius”. It was a pleasure to meet each other again and spend two days together, to learn innovative ways how to brainstorm and think creatively!

Related with the rebranding of global technology company Pitney Bowes' units in European markets under the new brand Azolver, a new finance team was established in Tallinn. CVO consulted Azolver on local labour market and employment legislation topics, and recruited 10 finance professionals, including AP, AR and GL Accountants, Financial and Business Controllers, and the Financial Manager, to the brand new team. Pitney Bowes is a technology company providing customer engagement, customer information management, global e-commerce and location intelligence services.

CVO Recruitment received a marker from Smart Work Union, recognizing organizations which enable flexible work arrangements and provide remote working opportunity.
