Depending on the complexity of the position, our recruitment and selection process lasts for 2 to 5 weeks as a result of which we present 3 to 5 top candidates to the client. Upon hiring the presented candidates, we apply a guarantee period during which we replace an employee who has proven unsuitable without any additional fee.
