For the past 3 years, he has worked in the HR sector and managed full sales processes and key accounts of both local and international clients.

In addition to hundreds of successful client stories that Allan has been a part of, he also likes to lead the full process of negotiations, shape and design the services for the local and international market, and to be part of business development.

Merili has worked in recruitment for over 4 years, gaining experience in reputable companies known for their significant impact in their respective industries. In her recruitment role, she has optimized workflows, developed recruitment strategies, and strengthened employer branding, all while prioritizing a positive candidate experience. She has successfully managed high-volume projects and filled top specialist and managerial roles in IT, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Engineering, and Purchasing departments.

Skilled in training and collaborating with diverse teams across global settings, Merili is known for her adaptability, interpersonal skills, and strong work ethic, as recognized by her colleagues and managers.

With 7 years of leadership experience, she takes an active approach to addressing new challenges and consistently strives to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes. Merili believes that finding the right person for the right role can elevate businesses to the next level of success.

Stina has over 5 years of recruitment experience in IT, marketing, finance, banking, sales and law. She has successfully helped international enterprises establish IT and financial centres in Estonia, recruiting numerous specialised talent for major projects in a very short time. 

In her role as a Recruitment Partner, Stina appreciates the opportunity to tackle challenging projects that make every day exciting. Stina has lived and worked abroad and she likes that her job at CVO Recruitment involves a lot of international communication all over the world.

Stina takes up about 50 recruitment projects a year and helps find new jobs for approximately 100 people. Recruitment enables Stina to use her special strength – her ability to recognise just the right people for the right job.

Stina has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Organisational Behaviour (cum laude).

Kaisa has over 10 years of experience in human resources, working in both the public and private sectors. She has led various recruitment projects and has actively engaged in other areas of HR. In addition to recruitment, Kaisa’s strengths are topics related to employee relations and employer branding. She enjoys proactive project management. Kaisa has experience in recruiting for marketing, finance, sales, medicine, customer service and IT sectors. She also has experience with large-scale projects, building entire teams.

With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology, Kaisa firmly believes that there is a solution to every challenge – it simply requires enough determination and a dedicated search.

Liisa complements the CVO Recruitment team with diverse experience – her previous work experience includes sales, administrative work and marketing in both retail and transportation industry. Her friendly personality and attention to detail are strong assets in understanding the person behind the CV and what talents they’ll bring to a future employer.

Liisa has a bachelor’s degree in Education from Tartu University, with a focus in English and Psychology. In her free time, when she’s not enjoying nature, Liisa is an arts enthusiast, music lover, and avid reader.

Ingrid has been working in accounting area since 2016. Before joining CVO Recruitment, Ingrid worked in companies that are focused on providing accounting services, so she has experience in accounting of different fields and companies of different sizes. Ingrid has studied accounting at the Tallinn School of Economics, holds a level 5 professional certificate in accounting and regularly updates herself with professional trainings and literature.

Accounting is Ingrid’s passion, because it is a very interesting and diverse field for her, which constantly offers challenges and plays an important role in the operation of the entire company.

Kadri-Ann has been engaged in accounting since 2012. In our company, she handles both day-to-day accounting operations and the management of our personnel leasing, from concluding employment contracts to paying salaries.

Kadri-Ann’s interest in accounting arose already in high school, when basic accounting knowledge was taught in the economics class. She likes accounting because it is specific and logical with clear rules.

Kadri-Ann has acquired applied higher education in the field of accounting. She holds a level 5 professional certificate in accounting and continuously improves her knowledge through various professional trainings.

Sälli is one of the newest members of our team. As a Chief Happiness Officer, Sälli is responsible of warming the feet of her two-legged colleagues, begging for treats and spreading good mood. Her favourite activities are running around the office, sleeping, and enjoying the city views on the balcony. Especially good friends will get chances for pets and high fives, as well as seeing other tricks.

Sälli is finishing her studies in dog academy, and is regularly working on improving her skills.
