Triin joined the company in 2004, making her one of the first employees. In 2009, she became a shareholder in the company and is responsible for its operations in the Estonian market.
In more than 15 years, Triin has led hundreds of recruitment projects and interviewed thousands of people in different sectors. In addition, she has managed major projects – she has led the establishment of many finance and IT centres in Estonia.
Triin’s main role today is the general management of the company, and the continuous development of our service offering. She also leads management recruitment campaigns and is still keen to attract foreign investors to Estonia. Additionally, she is our Data Protection Officer.
Triin has a BA in Psychology, an MA in Organisational Behaviour and has completed a PhD programme in Management.
Geirit has 8 years of experience in recruitment. In CVO Recruitment, she has led several major recruitment campaigns for international companies’ expansion and for launching new offices, building up new units of 30, 40 and even 100 employees. She has recruitment experience in various fields – IT, engineering, finance, sales and administration, recruiting specialists as well as executive managers.
As a Recruitment Manager, she leads our top-quality recruitment team, ensuring that all the necessary tools and skills for offering the best service for our clients are in place, developing recruitment processes, and making sure the team has knowledge of the newest recruitment methods. She also consults local and international companies about the labour market, recruitment and salary issues.
Geirit has a BA in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management, and MA in Organizational Behaviour. She has studied in the oldest university in the world – University of Bologna in Italy. Geirit also has an EQF level 5 professional qualification as a Human Resource & Recruitment Specialist.
Stina has 5 years of recruitment experience in IT, marketing, finance, banking, sales and law. She has successfully helped international enterprises establish IT and financial centres in Estonia, recruiting numerous specialised talent for major projects in a very short time.
In her role as a Recruitment Partner, Stina appreciates the opportunity to tackle challenging projects that make every day exciting. Stina has lived and worked abroad and she likes that her job at CVO Recruitment involves a lot of international communication all over the world.
Stina takes up about 50 recruitment projects a year and helps find new jobs for approximately 100 people. Recruitment enables Stina to use her special strength – her ability to recognise just the right people for the right job.
Stina has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Organisational Behaviour (cum laude).
Kristiina has been working in human resources and recruitment since 2015. She is one of the most experienced IT recruiters in CVO Recruitment team however, she has also notable experience in filling various role in pharmacy, finance, sales, science and marketing. Kristiina has worked with well-known clients as well as helped companies to find their first employees in Estonia.
As a Member of the Management Team, Kristiina is managing recruitment projects, but also leading the learning and development of our recruitment team. She is also coordinating CVO Recruitment’s social media and developing our employer brand. At all this, she enjoys the versatility of her job, and the chance to get involved in various topics.
Kristiina has a BA in Psychology with a minor in Economics. She has passed a training for conducting psychometric tests, and has the RACS (Recruitment Academy Certified Sourcer) certificate.
Triin has 10 years of work experience in the field of human resources, including many years in the recruitment. Through recruitments led by Triin, both specialists and managers of different levels and in various fields of activity, have found a dream job. In addition, Triin has experience in human resource management consulting and full-service provision for organizations that do not have their own in-house Human Resources Manager.
Triin is happy when she sees that she can make other people happy. In addition to work-related self-realization, she enjoys spending time with her family, writing articles, watching ID Discovery, traveling, restoring, adventuring in nature and by the sea, engaging in recovery and self-development.
Triin has a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in human resource management.
Maris has 5 years of experience in the field of human resources. During this time she has led recruitment projects and managed the HR processes of the company. In addition, Maris has experience in establishing an international FinTech company’s operations in Estonia. In doing so, she has mainly recruited in the fields of marketing, IT, finance.
Maris has a bachelor’s degree in special education. In addition to recruitment, her big passion is to organize events and training. Being able to support other people’s (self)development, brings joy to Maris’ eyes.
Heleri’s interest in recruiting began in an international youth-run organization called AIESEC, where she acquired experience in human resources, team, and project management. Also, she has experience as a Trainer.
At CVO Recruitment, she supports project success as a Recruitment Consultant.
Heleri holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in the Design and Technology Futures.
Triin has been in the HR since 2015 when her studies and career in the HR field started. She has worked for a small company with 20 employees and for a big company with 2000 employees, which has also given her a diverse recruitment experience. Triin has mostly recruited in the field of IT and marketing.
Triin enjoys working in the HR because it gives her the opportunity to apply her skills and learn new things every day. At CVO Recruitment, Triin helps with executing recruitment projects as a Talent Sourcer.
Triin has a bachelor’s degree in teaching English and has studied human resources management in a Master’s programme.
Liisa complements the CVO Recruitment team with diverse experience – her previous work experience includes sales, administrative work and marketing in both retail and transportation industry. Her friendly personality and attention to detail are strong assets in understanding the person behind the CV and what talents they’ll bring to a future employer.
At CVO Recruitment Liisa uses her strong people skills to connect people with new roles as a Talent Sourcer.
Liisa has a bachelor’s degree in Education from Tartu University, with a focus in English and Psychology. In her free time, when she’s not enjoying nature, Liisa is an arts enthusiast, music lover, and avid reader.
Lisell has 5 years of recruitment experience, working as a Human Resources Manager in both a small FinTech company and a large state-owned company. She has carried out various recruitment projects, but she has the most experience in recruiting IT roles, as her main activity as a Human Resources Manager has been to support technology teams. In addition, she has devoted a lot of time to employee experience and employer marketing.
At CVO Recruitment, Lisell supports the success of recruitment projects as a Talent Sourcer. Being home with a small child, it offers just the right amount of professional self-fulfillment and allows the skills to be kept fresh.
Lisell has a bachelor’s degree in educational sciences (andragogy) and has studied human resources and management. Among other things, she has completed training in conducting Tripod psychometric tests. In 2019, she was recognized by the Estonian Personnel Management Association (PARE) with the title Young Talent with a Heart.
Kadri-Ann has been engaged in accounting since 2012. In our company, she handles both day-to-day accounting operations and the management of our personnel leasing, from concluding employment contracts to paying salaries.
Kadri-Ann’s interest in accounting arose already in high school, when basic accounting knowledge was taught in the economics class. She likes accounting because it is specific and logical with clear rules.
Kadri-Ann has acquired applied higher education in the field of accounting. She holds a level 5 professional certificate in accounting and continuously improves her knowledge through various professional trainings.
Sälli is one of the newest members of our team. As a Chief Happiness Officer, Sälli is responsible of warming the feet of her two-legged colleagues, begging for treats and spreading good mood. Her favourite activities are running around the office, sleeping, and enjoying the city views on the balcony. Especially good friends will get chances for pets and high fives, as well as seeing other tricks.
Sälli is finishing her studies in dog academy, and is regularly working on improving her skills.
