Triin joined the company in 2004, making her one of the first employees. In 2009, she became a shareholder in the company and is responsible for its operations in the Estonian market.
In more than 15 years, Triin has led hundreds of recruitment projects and interviewed thousands of people in different sectors. In addition, she has managed major projects – she has led the establishment of many finance and IT centres in Estonia.
Triin’s main role today is the general management of the company, and the continuous development of our service offering. She also leads management recruitment campaigns and is still keen to attract foreign investors to Estonia. Additionally, she is our Data Protection Officer.
Triin has a BA in Psychology, an MA in Organisational Behaviour and has completed a PhD programme in Management.

Geirit has 8 years of experience in recruitment. In CVO Recruitment, she has led several major recruitment campaigns for international companies’ expansion and for launching new offices, building up new units of 30, 40 and even 100 employees. She has recruitment experience in various fields – IT, engineering, finance, sales and administration, recruiting specialists as well as executive managers.
As a Recruitment Manager, she leads our top-quality recruitment team, ensuring that all the necessary tools and skills for offering the best service for our clients are in place, developing recruitment processes, and making sure the team has knowledge of the newest recruitment methods. She also consults local and international companies about the labour market, recruitment and salary issues.
Geirit has a BA in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management, and MA in Organizational Behaviour. She has studied in the oldest university in the world – University of Bologna in Italy. Geirit also has an EQF level 5 professional qualification as a Human Resource & Recruitment Specialist.

Piret has worked in recruitment since 2014. In our team, she has completed numerous finance-, sales-, IT-, construction- and engineering-related recruitments. Piret has also participated in several major projects, supporting the growth of international enterprises by recruiting 20 or even up to 50 new employees. She is especially fascinated about recruitment projects involving specific technical roles.
Today, she enjoys her role as a Recruitment Consultant – starting from meeting new potential clients to organising specialised headhunting projects and talent marketing. In addition, she is interested in sales and business development and developing these processes.
Piret has a professional higher education degree in Optometrics. She is also training junior Java developers in the possibilities of the Estonian employment market and recruitment in the Software Development Academy.

Stina has 5 years of recruitment experience in IT, marketing, finance, banking, sales and law. She has successfully helped international enterprises establish IT and financial centres in Estonia, recruiting numerous specialised talent for major projects in a very short time.
In her role as a Recruitment Partner, Stina appreciates the opportunity to tackle challenging projects that make every day exciting. Stina has lived and worked abroad and she likes that her job at CVO Recruitment involves a lot of international communication all over the world.
Stina takes up about 50 recruitment projects a year and helps find new jobs for approximately 100 people. Recruitment enables Stina to use her special strength – her ability to recognise just the right people for the right job.

Liis has worked in recruitment since 2018. She has recruited for clients in various fields – IT, finance, marketing, logistics, management, etc. In her work, she is performance-driven and always tries to find the most effective personal solution in the recruitment process.
Liis’s initial passion for recruiting started when working at TransferWise where she could assist in the recruitment of new employees. Her passion is working with people from different backgrounds, which has developed while working in an international environment and thanks to her experience of studying and working in the USA.

Kristiina has been working in human resources and recruitment since 2015. At CVO Recruitment, she has helped both local and global enterprises build or grow their teams. Kristiina has experience in recruiting for various fields, from agriculture to science and from IT to pharmacy, and she is always ready to take on a new field and learn about complex profiles.
Kristiina’s interest in recruiting started at university where she acquired both human resource management and project management experience in the global youth organisation, AIESEC. Kristiina also has previous work experience in human resources.
Kristiina has a BA in Psychology where her minor was Economics. She has passed a training for conducting psychometric tests, an IT-training for recruiters, and she has the RACS (Recruitment Academy Certified Sourcer) certificate.
Kadri-Ann has been engaged in accounting since 2012. In our company, she handles both day-to-day accounting operations and the management of our personnel leasing, from concluding employment contracts to paying salaries.
Kadri-Ann’s interest in accounting arose already in high school, when basic accounting knowledge was taught in the economics class. She likes accounting because it is specific and logical with clear rules.
Kadri-Ann has acquired applied higher education in the field of accounting. She holds a level 5 professional certificate in accounting and continuously improves her knowledge through various professional trainings.
