We are happy to announce our year-end results being the highest we’ve ever had – not only in terms of financial turnover of nearly 6 mln €, but also in number of projects we delivered and talents we recruited.
Around 200 talents took the next step in their career through us in Estonia, but the year brought the best results for CVO also in Latvia and Lithuania.
Looking back at 2019, it was quite an intense year filled with complex recruitments on the ever-challenging labour market. A few of the delivered examples include:
- Finding talents for very niche roles, such as Clinical Data Manager, Video Editor, and Ultracapacitor Hardware Engineer.
- Expanding the existing teams of our key clients at Posti Group, Konecranes, Skype, and Arvato Financial Solutions.
- Building new teams for international businesses just entering the market or opening a new unit – for Finnair, VerticalScope, Azolver, and Business Investigation.
- Carrying out international sourcing projects of global talents for Area9 and IPF Digital.
Our wonderful recruitment team worked passionately towards bringing the best results, and constantly kept up with learning modern recruitment methods and talent sourcing techniques.
