For the second year in a row CVO Recruitment has supported the organisation of the AIESEC Estonia Alumni Conference, this time as its main sponsor. The themes of this year’s conference were the future trends that will influence the business environment and changing forms of work. Groups discussed what impact rapid developments in technology, demographic trends and worsening environmental problems will have on companies as well as how the nature of work will change in the future and what employees’ expectations of their employers are as a result.
